Main nue
La pelote à main nue est la plus naturelle et la plus ancienne des différentes modalités de la pelote basque. Elle est aussi souvent considérée comme la plus noble. Le jeu consiste à frapper à tour de rôle et sans instrument, une balle nommée pelote contre un mur.
Main nue Armendarits, association pelote basque Armendarits
L’association Denek Bat, basée à Armendarits et regroupant plusieurs villages alentours, est un club de pelote basque proposant des cours de main nue pour les débutants ou les confirmés de la discipline. L’une des modalités les plus anciennes et les plus nobles de la pelote basque est la pelote à main nue, que le club se propose d’enseigner à ses membres.
Le jeu de la pelote à main nue consiste à frapper à tour de rôle et sans instrument une balle nommée pelote contre un mur. Cette discipline nécessite une grande maîtrise de soi et une certaine adresse, et c’est pourquoi le club de pelote Denek Bat met à disposition des cours pour tous les niveaux, encadrés par des professionnels de la discipline.
Les cours proposés par l’association sont adaptés aux besoins et aux niveaux de chacun, que ce soit pour découvrir les bases de la pelote à main nue ou pour se perfectionner dans la discipline. Les entraîneurs mettent un point d’honneur à transmettre leur passion pour la pelote basque et à encourager chaque membre du club à donner le meilleur de lui-même.
Le club dispose de plusieurs équipements pour la pratique de la pelote basque, tels que des trinquets, des murs à gauche, des frontons ou encore des frontons couverts. L’association Denek Bat est ainsi un lieu convivial et dynamique pour tous ceux qui souhaitent s’initier ou se perfectionner dans la pratique de la pelote basque à main nue dans la région d’Armendarits et ses alentours.
